Many thanks to Robert Kool (IAA) for the co-organisation of these two study days, one at the CRFJ and the other in the field in the old city of Jerusalem, to Clément Dussart for the visit of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre through its pilgrims’ graffiti at the end of the Middle Ages, to Father Pol Vonck for having opened the doors of the storage room of Sainte-Anne, to Father Eugenio Alliata (ofm) for having brought out from the storage of the Terra Sancta Museum the inscription of Lambert, tanner of Acre in the 12th century, to the colleagues and students who nourished the rich discussions.
